Recognition of Prior Learning
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a route into the qualification for people who already have relevant workplace experience but no formal certificate to show for it.
Who RPL is for
If you have worked in an office administration role, or a related field, for a meaningful period, you may be able to enter the qualification through RPL rather than standard entry requirements.
How the process works
- Submit an RPL application with details of your work history
- Provide evidence of relevant experience, letters of employment, references, or examples of your work
- Meet with an assessor to review your evidence against the qualification standard
- Receive a decision on your entry route and any gaps to close through study
