Digital Operations Professional Foundation
The compulsory first block for every learner. You learn how business information systems actually work, then run the daily operations of a modern office inside them.
Who This Is For
Is this programme for you?
School leavers starting out, career changers moving into office work, and anyone whose admin experience is paper-based and needs to become digital.
You work inside a simulated South African business, handling the same tasks a new employee would in their first ninety days. Knowledge is taught because the task in front of you needs it, not as a subject to memorise.
What Will Set You Apart
What you walk away with.
Understand what an information system is: records, fields, relationships, permissions and audit trails
Run a modern digital office using Microsoft 365 and cloud collaboration tools
Manage records and document control so information can be found, trusted and retained
Apply POPIA in practice by mapping where personal information lives and who may access it
Work responsibly alongside AI tools, verifying output rather than trusting it
