The Programme
Digital Operations Professional
A stackable, task-based programme delivered in three-month blocks. You learn by doing the actual job in the actual software, and finish every block with a NIBS certificate and a portfolio of real work.
Programme Overview
Office administration has become digital operations.
Businesses now run on cloud systems, CRMs, payroll platforms, project tools and AI assistants. The administrative roles most exposed to automation are the ones that never moved with them. This programme trains the version of that career employers are actually hiring for.
You work inside a simulated South African business, handling the same tasks a new employee would in their first ninety days. Knowledge is taught because you need it to finish the task in front of you, not as a subject to memorise and be tested on.
The programme is stackable. Start with Digital Office Administration, the compulsory foundation, then add the specialisations that match the career you want. Each block stands on its own and earns its own credential.
What Will Set You Apart
What you walk away with.
The confidence to walk into a modern workplace and understand how it runs digitally.
Practical capability in the software South African businesses actually use every day.
A portfolio of completed workplace tasks you can show an employer, not just a certificate.
The systems understanding to learn any new tool an employer puts in front of you.
A NIBS certificate for every three-month block you complete, stackable toward the full programme.
How Each Block Runs
The NIBS 90-Day Rule.
Every block is structured like a real first three months at work, with guidance reducing as your capability grows.
Learn the Role
Orientation, systems literacy and guided tasks with high support.
Do the Work
You perform real workplace missions with reduced guidance.
Operate Independently
Complex tasks, exceptions and escalations, handled on your own.
Capstone & Portfolio
A final simulation and your portfolio submission.
Programme Structure
Seven Career Modules.
Each module is a three-month block. Digital Office Administration is compulsory and comes first; the rest stack on top in whatever order suits your career.
Digital Office Administration
Information systems literacy, modern workplace tools, records management and cybersecurity awareness. Every learner starts here.
People & Payroll Operations
Employee records, payroll processes and digital HR workflows.
Customer & CRM Operations
Customer service and CRM systems used in real businesses.
Digital Marketing Operations
Content, social media, campaign administration and analytics.
Project Operations
Project administration, planning, coordination and reporting.
Procurement & Tender Operations
Supplier processes, quotations, bid and tender documentation.
Entrepreneurship & Business Operations
Apply your operations skill to run your own business or serve SMEs.
Your Credential
A certificate every three months, and the evidence behind it.
Complete a block and you receive a NIBS certificate for that Career Module, awarded by Naleli Innovators Business School. Alongside it you keep the portfolio of work you produced: the documents, exports, reports and records an employer can actually look at.
Assessment is competency-based. You are not ranked against other learners; you are judged on whether you can perform the task to a workplace standard. Not Yet Competent is a step, not a verdict, and you revise and resubmit.
Our 2027 national qualification pathway is being finalised. We will publish the detail before enrolment opens rather than promise something we cannot yet confirm.
R500 once-off registration
Then R950 per month, for as long as you study. One three-month block is R2,850 in tuition.
Vendor examination fees, if you choose to write one, are separate and never bundled into the monthly amount.
