One programme. Seven ways to build a career.
The Digital Operations Professional programme is delivered as seven stackable Career Modules, each a three-month block of real workplace tasks in real software.
How It Works
Start with the foundation. Stack the rest.
Every learner begins with Digital Office Administration. It is the compulsory foundation block, and it teaches the thing that makes everything else portable: how business information systems actually work, so you can learn any tool an employer puts in front of you.
After that you choose. Add one specialisation or several, in whatever order fits the career you want. Each block runs for three months, is assessed on real workplace tasks, and earns its own NIBS certificate and portfolio evidence.
You are employable at the end of every block, not only at the end of the programme.

Who we are accredited with.
Katlehong Computer School delivers this programme in partnership with Naleli Innovators Business School (NIBS), an accredited Skills Development Provider with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations.
Our 2027 national qualification pathway is being finalised. We publish accreditation detail only once it is confirmed in writing, rather than promise something we cannot yet support.
