Career Specialisation

Project Operations

Projects run on documentation, coordination and follow-through. This block teaches the administration that keeps them on track.

At a glance Next intake: February 2027 3-month block 8–10 hrs per week Campus or online R500 once-off + R950 per month

Who This Is For

Is this programme for you?

Learners who have completed the Foundation and want project administration or coordination roles.

You work inside a simulated South African business, handling the same tasks a new employee would in their first ninety days. Knowledge is taught because the task in front of you needs it, not as a subject to memorise.

The Digital Operations Professional Foundation is the compulsory first block and comes before any specialisation.

What Will Set You Apart

What you walk away with.

01

Set up and maintain a project workspace as a system of record

Report project status honestly, including the parts that are behind

05

Maintain the audit trail of decisions and changes
