Career Specialisation

People & Payroll Operations

Payroll systems hold the most sensitive records in any business. This block teaches you to administer employee information accurately, lawfully and on time.

At a glance Next intake: February 2027 3-month block 8–10 hrs per week Campus or online R500 once-off + R950 per month

Who This Is For

Is this programme for you?

Learners who have completed the Foundation and want to work in HR administration, payroll or people operations.

You work inside a simulated South African business, handling the same tasks a new employee would in their first ninety days. Knowledge is taught because the task in front of you needs it, not as a subject to memorise.

The Digital Operations Professional Foundation is the compulsory first block and comes before any specialisation.
