Career Specialisation
ICT Systems Administration
The technical side of digital operations: keeping users working, systems running and networks connected in a small or medium business.
Who This Is For
Is this programme for you?
Learners who have completed the Foundation and want hands-on IT support, systems or network administration roles.
You work inside a simulated South African business, handling the same tasks a new employee would in their first ninety days. Knowledge is taught because the task in front of you needs it, not as a subject to memorise.
The Digital Operations Professional Foundation is the compulsory first block and comes before any specialisation.
What Will Set You Apart
What you walk away with.
Provide first-line support and resolve everyday hardware, software and user issues
Administer user accounts, access rights and devices across a business
Set up and troubleshoot small business networks and connectivity
Manage cloud services, backups and basic system maintenance
Apply practical cybersecurity hygiene and respond when something looks wrong
